Vessel: 36-gallon Aluminum Barrel
Final Addition: 200mL Stuph™ infused with 3g CBD, 10mg per pint.
Ingredients
• 36 gallons (136L) filtered water
• 6 oz (170g) Citra hops (citrus, tropical)
• 6 oz (170g) Mosaic hops (juicy, fruity)
• 3 oz (85g) Simcoe hops (pine, dankness)
• 2 tbsp gypsum (enhances hop perception)
• 200mL Stuph™ infused with 3g CBD
Process
1. Heat 5 gallons (19L) of water to 160°F (71°C).
2. Add hops & steep for 30 minutes (like tea).
3. Strain out hops & mix with remaining cold water in the barrel.
4. Chill to near freezing (~34°F/1°C) & carbonate to 3.0+ volumes of CO₂.
5. Stir in 200mL of Stuph™ (CBD-infused).
Notes & Adjustments
• More Citrus? Add lemon or orange peel during steeping.
• More Hoppy? Increase hop steeping time or dry-hop directly in the barrel.
• Less Bitter? Steep at 150°F (65°C) instead of 160°F.
