Morning Health Drink

You wake up and do your morning stretches to find, that you pulled a muscle in your back, and it’s inflamed. Was it playing with the kid, or chopping firewood for the firepit, or is it the dreaded ‘oldage? The muscle is tight and inflamed, and you want to stay away from the harsh NSAIDs. This recipe for a morning shake is a good goto.

You will need

  • 1 banana

  • 1/4 cup fruit (strawberries / Blueberries / peaches / raspberries (fresh or frozen)

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup yogurt or kefir

  • Optional 1 tbs honey

  • 1 tbs flaxseed or granola (this gives it a little texture)

  • 25 mg of Stuph™ CBD powder


  1. Start with the soft foods by chopping the fruit into chunks and add to a blender.

  2. Next add the liquids; milk, yogurt, and honey on top of the fruit.

  3. Now add the dry’s; flaxseed or granola, and Stuph™ CBD powder.

  4. Add the lid and blend to the desired consistency.

  5. Enjoy!
